Payment Policy
On-line Payment
We will accept credit card payments when you use our on-line registration form.
For people who wish to pay using PayPal, you may do that by first setting up a Paypal account. There is no service charge to you for paying by PayPal. Go to www.paypal.com for further information. This service is used regularly by people who buy on Ebay.
Payment by Check
Please make checks payable to “Clark Fitness Training” and leave in your community’s Clark Fitness Mailbox (if you have one) before registration deadline or forward to 60 Tilton Dr., Freehold, NJ 07728. Ask your Activities Director or Property Manager if there is a CFT mailbox on premise. (Not all communities have this convenience.) You are responsible for any bank fees incurred as a result of a bounced check.
New Classes
In our quest to provide quality and fun fitness programming, we at Clark Fitness Training, welcome suggestions and new ideas for classes. We stress function and safety as a priority. You will not see Step Aerobics, or some of the other trendy workout classes because of the injuries which can be sustained from them. We will evaluate each request and place an interest sheet or flyer throughout the community. If there is a demand, and the class is safe and appropriate for the audience, we will promote it! E-mail to send your request and/or suggestions.

- There will be no refunds issued unless a class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment (i.e. minimums are not reached).
- If you miss a class, you can make-up the class by participating in any of the other classes given by Clark Fitness Training, LLC during the session in which it is missed. Please check with the instructor first to make sure the class is not full before jumping in to use it as a make-up. Please do not save up missed classes and then expect to either make-up the classes in the next session or deduct the dollar amount from the total price of the class (in the following sessions).
- Classes must be paid in full. We cannot afford to have everyone deduct classes they will be missing due to vacations, etc. We do not allow pay as you go. We cannot effectively run a quality program with that system of payment.
- If we have to cancel a class due to circumstances beyond our control, i.e. pool repair, then we will add an additional class to the schedule.
- If you are unable to participate in a class due to a serious illness or hospital stay, special consideration will be taken (case by case) and we will issue you a credit for the missed sessions. If it is determined by a Dr. (via a note) that you can no longer participate in any of the exercise classes provided by Clark Fitness, than a refund will be considered.
