Virtual Full Body Fitness w/Bunny
Easy to follow cardio warm-up followed by a "Tabata" style toning segment. Light weights and bands will be used to increase overall strength and endurance. Class will end with a relaxing mind & body cool down. This is a virtual class using ZOOM.
Light weights are needed.
