Walk it Off!! w/Cheryl
Get outside and walk off those extra pounds. Burn calories, melt away body fat and tone up. Class will consist of walking at various speeds. Light hand weights and bands are used to tone and strengthen muscles. Class finishes with stretching to increase overall flexibility.Class meets on patio by outdoor pool.
