4 Weeks to a Pain-Free Shoulder Program - currently closed
This is how the program works: Each week you will receive a video of progressive shoulder and rotator cuff strengthening exercises taught by me, Dr. Clark. Hard copies of the exercises will be sent to you as well. I will guide you through the exercises and you will repeat this video 2 additional times during the week. We will meet at the end of the week for a live zoom group chat to discuss your questions and progress. This is a great time to make any modification to the program as I can adjust the program as we go. Weeks 2-4 will look the same.
Phase 1 video (1st week)
Focus will be on neck, posture and improving shoulder ROM with beginner exercises. Printed copies of exercises will be emailed for all phases.
Phase 2 video (2nd week)
Progressive exercises to improve posture, shoulder and rotator cuff strength.
Phase 3 video (3rd week)
Progression continues along with upper extremity strengthening including bicep and tricep exercises.
Phase 4 video (4th week)
More advanced shoulder and rotator cuff exercises along with a home program to maintain gains for life!
Program will start on April 11th!
Live Zoom Support!
This 4 week Program includes weekly live support.
At the end of each week (Thursdays at 4pm) we gather as a group for a live meeting over zoom to allow for questions and to monitor progress. This is a good time to meet the others and discuss individual challenges and gains.
